DARK EARTH TEMPLE SLEEPOVER

December is a time where we reach a point of surrender in the cycle of the year.  A time where the Earth is Dark and we are invited gently into the death portal where everything is transmuted. Invited to stay with our inner stillness as leaves rest gently on the ground and turn slowly into fertile soil. Only when we take this time in Winter we can rise brighter in Spring having embraced the whole spectrum of life.

Darkness supports us to see what lies beyond. To pierce through what appears on the surface. And go down into the underworld to meet our 'demons'. Therefore the practices and rituals will be supporting us to journey with parts of ourselves that we may hide from or even lock away. This is the gift of darkness, to see without eyes. We will do this gently, making sure we feel supported and resourced.

This 2 day unapologetically indulgent Temple  sleepover is designed for us to journey with the embodiment and divinity of our erotic nature.  As we will play, feast and dance with our demons, we will meet eros with the quality of the dark. 

Earth will be our fundamental ally, our lover, our source of energy and love.

Ticket prices includes food(Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch), There are a few private rooms available at Gables, please get in touch to arrange. Otherwise bring bedding and get cosy on the Temple floor.

Prerequisites:

• Having attended a Temple before or have done the Online introduction to Temple Spaces with Simba or have done ISTA Level1 or equivalent.
• THIS IS NOT A SPACE FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS TO TEMPLE SPACES. We expect you to have basic awareness of consent and able to hold yourself. Especially having competence staying with difficult emotions is essential for this retreat. If you are unsure please feel free to get in touch.

Temples are explorations in sacred sexuality, sensual and erotic play and divine ritual.

A remembrance of the ancient arts & knowledge of alchemical wisdom through the body. They are places of devotion, intention and slowness, inviting you to meet yourself within the reflection of the transpersonal & journey through the worlds. Temples open doors, manifest, move, shift & recreate. Temples are spaces where we come to pray, to return to our connection to the Divine through the medicine of the eros.

In Temple we:

• FOR COUPLES: If you are in a partnership with certain agreements then the space is accomodating for you to stay only in a constellation with your partner. Just let us know when you are making the booking and what your requirements will be.
• We will do our best to keep a gender balance. All genders are welcomed and celebrated.

THE SPACE- THE GABLES GLASTONBURY.

The owners of the space are super comfortbale and supportive of this work. There is a sauna and outdoor space for a fire.

*Shiva Sunya has taken some very deep journeys into transformational energy.

He has been holding space for over 15 years,  working initially with plant spirit shamanism through the practice of Dieta and initiation with Iboga and Ayahuasca 

He studied advaita vedanta and bhakti yoga. 

Now he works exclusively with somatic embodiment and the power of Eros as medicine. 

He has studied with ISTA, runs retreats and workshops and is a tantric massage therapist.

*Simba is a sacred sexuality practitioner, Temple guide, priestess and a witch.  Her trainings are in various modalities of bodywork, trauma release, breathwork, shamanism and sexual shamanism. She is trained with the modern day mystery school ISTA(L1, L2 & Practitioner Training) and responded to a calling to serve in this field. She is deeply in love with the Earth and creates sensual spaces to tap into lovership with the Earth.
